Following are some of the FAQ's we received by our customer:-
How is it possible to do the BPO report remotely?
Real Estate agents from US, trained us to perform BPO's and we work as assistants to them.
Looking at the google maps and other sites we really know the specialities of the
neighbourhood and the value comparisons and MLS also helps us for the same.
We can broadly classify the works involved in a BPO as:
- Data search (Finding the subject property details, finding the comps from the MLS).
- Data entry of these information (including the photographs uploading).
- Taking the subject photographs from the site.
- Uploading the photographs to the client site and completion of the BPO.
Photo graphs of the subject property alone has to be organised by the Agent ( you) as one has
to physically go to the site. Once you send the photographs to us, we can upload them in the
right place for you.
What all information you need to send to us?
For making BPO reports you need to send us the following information:
- Tax receipts.
- Subject property details and address.
- MLS login credentials of the area.
- Subject photographs if we need to upload them.
- Finally, the BPO for of your choice and the relevant login
information (for trial run, this is not required).
Do you do Interior BPO reports also?
Yes we do Interiors and work on a flat rate to you. ( mostly we do Exteriors).
How many data entry projects you can handle?
We have capability to handle small and vast projects with care.
We have sufficient data entry professional team, process,
Technology and infrastructure to manage large number of complex projects at a time.
How do you check your finished data?
We have quality control department to check completed data.
Basically our quality control staff check data every stage of the projects.
We also double check our client data after completion of work. We can verify data
by manually and also rectification of entered data through electronic comparison.
Do you perform quality controls?
We perform quality controls that are kicked back from the valuation company at
no extra cost. We understand QC's are top priority and they will be handled within 12 hours.
Do I have to give MLX access and is it safe?
MLX access is required to open an account except for the data entry option.
This is necessary so we may obtain tax records, comparables, subject listings, and or
research further to try to determine As-Is values. All login information is ultimately
stored on a secure encrypted server and is not distributed or shared with 3rd parties.
Do you photograph the subject property?
We do not currently offer BPO field service photography.
Do you submit orders?
We do not submit orders. We complete the whole data entry portion of the BPO including
the upload of comparable photos. The order will be run through validation and will
only need subject photos uploaded in order to submit. We do however submit quality
controls after the issue has been reworked by our staff.
